Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at absolutely no charge. Simply contact us with your order number and we will process the cancellation immediately.
After Shipment — Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The package is already in transit with our delivery partner.
💡 If you no longer want the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy to initiate a return within 7 days.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout.
