Orders
How do I place an order? +
Browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Once you are ready, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment online. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify my order after placing it? +
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@labelwink.in or via WhatsApp with your order number.
How do I cancel my order? +
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Will I receive an order confirmation? +
Yes. After a successful order you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and details. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Shipping
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, then delivered in 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Use this link to follow your package in real time through our courier partner's portal.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship across all of India. International shipping is available on request — please contact us at support@labelwink.in for rates and availability.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange? +
Email us at support@labelwink.in or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary slightly.
What if I received a defective or wrong item? +
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and cover all return shipping costs.

Sizing
What sizes do you offer? +
We offer an inclusive size range from XXS to 4XL across all our styles. We believe every woman deserves beautiful, comfortable clothing — our sizing reflects that.
How do I find my correct size? +
Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before ordering. Our sizes follow standard Indian sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Can I exchange for a different size? +
Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your required size is not available, we will process a full refund instead.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major online payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Every transaction is encrypted and secure.
Are prices inclusive of GST? +
Yes. All prices listed on LabelWink are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the final price you pay — no hidden charges.

Products & Fabrics
What fabrics do you use? +
All LabelWink garments are made from natural, breathable fabrics — primarily Cotton, Rayon, and Linen. We do not use synthetic blends. Our fabrics are chosen for comfort, durability, and their gentle impact on the environment.
Why does the colour look different from the photo? +
Slight colour variations can occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and natural dye variations in handcrafted cotton fabrics. These minor differences are not defects — they are part of the charm of artisanal apparel.
How should I care for my LabelWink garment? +
For best results, hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight to preserve colour. Iron on medium heat if needed.
Where are LabelWink products made? +
All our products are proudly handcrafted in Tamil Nadu, India. We work with local artisans to support traditional textile heritage while delivering modern, comfortable fashion.
