Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns and exchanges only if the product meets all three of the following conditions:

Unused and unwashed — item has not been worn or laundered
In original condition with all tags still intact and attached
Returned in original packaging as received

Return Time Window

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return via any of the following:

Shipping the Item Back

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval.

Standard Returns

Return shipping is at the customer's expense

Defective / Wrong Item

We cover the full return shipping cost

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.

💡 If the desired size or colour is unavailable at the time of exchange, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method instead.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with removed or damaged tags
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
